Transforming Waste, Restoring Land,
Empowering People

echofyCircular Economy & Waste Management

MSA promotes sustainable waste management practices that transform plastic waste into valuable resources. Through recycling, upcycling, and innovative recovery systems, we drive Ghana’s transition toward a circular economy, where materials are reused, not wasted. Our work empowers communities to see waste as an opportunity for innovation and livelihood creation. As part of the circular economy framework project, developed by the Ministry of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation (MESTI) with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and funded by the Global Environment Facility (GEF), is primarily a pilot project focusing on the plastic sector. Through this initiative, MSA aims to transition Ghana to a circular economy for plastics to reduce marine pollution and create jobs. CHURCH PARTNERSHIP

Faith-based organsations are a source of opportunity to reach huge followers through their gathering. They remain the biggest organisation with largest following. MSA has utilised this opportunity to partner with the Presbyterian Church to install 200 receptacles in 200 local churches. This monumental project would transform the behaviours of over its 1 million followers and recover huge volumes of plastics.
